Many parents of young children will know that Bluey is not just a TV show but a lifestyle. I, for one, have been happily indoctrinated by the Heeler family ways. So, if you also find yourself watching Bluey long after your kids have gone to bed, you might be pleased to know that you and your family can now stay in the world’s first Bluey-themed hotel room. And your kids might like it, too.
Set to launch at the CBeebies Land Hotel within the Alton Towers Resort at the end of May 2024, the ‘Bluey Room’ (or ‘Suite’) is the perfect space for fans of the Heeler family, with bright and playful rooms featuring recognisable elements from the series. The hotel also has a number of other themed rooms, from In The Night Garden to Postman Pat. But, with Bluey currently sitting at the top of CBeebies’ ranks, we expect this one will be especially popular.
Alton Towers Resort is introducing character appearances from Bluey and her sister Bingo on Saturday, March 23. So fans of the Emmy® and BAFTA award-winning TV series will also be able to meet the squabbling duo inside the CBeebies area of Alton Towers… for real life! Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, the CBeebies Land lineup also includes the likes of Iggle Piggle, Bing and Duggee. Tickets start from £35, and include access to the entire theme park.
The suite is available to book now for stays from May 25, and prices start from £77 per person. In total, the rooms sleep up to five guests (2 adults and 3 children) and include bed and breakfast. So far we’ve only seen artist impressions of the suite, but if the other rooms are anything to go by, this is going to be a pretty decent pad.
CBeebies Land Hotel is the only place like it in the UK, with so much for little ones to enjoy. Head to the Alton Towers website to be one of the first to stay in a Bluey-themed bedroom.
