Following the triumph of his ‘Rough and Rowdy Ways’ tour, The legendary 84-year-old singer-songwriter has released his UK and Ireland Tour dates. Bob Dylan is playing a number of shows around the US this summer, before heading to Europe, including Glasgow.
Marking the “latest chapter” in his colourful career of 68 years, he is kicking off the UK leg of the tour in Brighton on November 7. Bob Dylan will then continue onto Swansea, Coventry and Leeds before coming to Glasgow SEC Armadillo on November 16 and 17. The tour will then continue to Belfast and Killarney, before finishing in Dublin.
How to get tickets
Tickets for Bob Dylan’s ‘Rough and Rowdy Ways’ tour are set to go on sale at 10am on Friday, July 18, and you can find them here. What is more, the venue pre-sale tickets are going on sale on Thursday, July 17 at 10am, and can be found in the SEC Armadillo website.
Phone-free experience
Before purchasing tickets, it is important to note that phones are not allowed into the auditorium, with concert-goers not able to access their mobiles during the concert.
The organisers said: “This concert is a ‘PHONE FREE SHOW”, this means that phone use is not allowed in the hall during the concert.

Our eyes open a little more and our senses are slightly sharper when we lose the technological crutch we’ve grown accustomed to. And yes, it’s a non-negotiable deal (although medical exemptions are made for those who rely on their phone for treatment).”
