The biggest trainer festival in Europe comes to Glasgow for the first time – snap up tickets while you can.
Crepe City, Europe’s renowned trainer festival, will be coming to Glasgow for the first time ever this month. Some of the rarest and most in-demand trainers in the world will be showcased at Platform – and with tickets going for as little as £9.50, you don’t want to miss out…
On June 26, there’ll be more than 100 trainer traders on site, with live DJs pumping music throughout the venue, providing an upbeat soundtrack to the day. You’ll be able to attend panels and partake in competitions, plus there’ll be a bar and satisfying street food to fuel you up as you scour the stalls for your next set of fresh crepes.
Crepe City has popped up in various cities around the UK since its conception in London back in 2009. Thirteen years ago, it was a humble event where those who love trainers could meet up, socialise and trade rare pairs; now, it is the largest pop-up sneaker shop and lifestyle festival on the continent, boasting thousands of hard-to-find trainers available for purchase. Just one more pair won’t hurt, right?
Once you’ve made your purchases, or in between browsing, be sure to check out some of the panel discussions on the day. They’ll feature some well-known faces in the industry, and provide valuable insights to upcoming trends.
