Glasgow is already having a great year when it comes to the Michelin Guide, with Sebb’s being awarded a Bib Gourmand ahead of the ceremony on Monday, February 9.
Sebb’s is located on Miller Street in a former library, warehouse, and furniture shop. The restaurant offers the same high-quality food as its sister venues, with a deeper focus on music. Owned by the same people behind Margo, Ox and Finch and Ka Pao, which have already been recognised by the inspectors and are all part of the Scoop Restaurant Group family, Sebb’s has also been added to the Michelin Guide after only five months of opening in 2025.
What is more, visitors can indulge in decadent BBQ dishes inspired by global cuisines, led by Head Chef Danny Carruthers, who started at Ox and Finch ten years ago.
The Michelin Guide said on their website: “The latest venture from Scoop Restaurant Group – who already have Bib Gourmands for Ox and Finch, Margo and Ka Pao – Sebb’s is a subterranean restaurant and bar where inspiration comes from across the globe and the flavours are all the more invigorating as a result. Sebb’s is also the kind of place where the drinks are as enticing as the food, with a stand-out cocktail selection.”
