Glastonbury Festival has confirmed that tickets for its 2027 return will go on sale this October, with the price of a weekend pass rising to £408 – the first time the event has broken the £400 threshold.
Glastonbury 2027 tickets go on sale in October – crossing £400 for the first time
The £408 price tag is a £29.50 increase on 2025’s £378.50 general admission ticket.
Organisers have previously explained that Glastonbury must sell out to break even, citing rising production costs, energy bills, staffing, security and post‑pandemic recovery as key pressures.
Like much of the live industry, the festival has also faced supply‑chain and staffing challenges, plus Brexit‑related complications for equipment and crew movement.
