There is nothing like that wholesome smell of freshly baked bread, or the sight of soft, steaming croissants coming out of the oven. Glasgow is no stranger to decent bakeries, providing us with an abundance of choices throughout the city. As a result, the National Bakery Awards has shortlisted two Glasgow bakeries, alongside 224 other businesses, as the best in the UK, in for a chance to win the ‘Bakery Of The Year’ award for 2025.
