Pancake lovers, rejoice! Viral cafe Fluffy Fluffy is officially landing in Glasgow before Christmas, bringing their Canadian-born creations to Scotland.
Located on Level 1 in St Enoch Centre, Fluffy Fluffy Glasgow is the first in Scotland. While no official opening date has been announced yet, the cafe is set to open its doors before Christmas. Famous for its towering soufflé pancakes with Instagrammable toppings, the spot is sure to become a quick hit among locals and visitors alike with plenty of viral moments.
Guests can expect the usual favourite from the brand, such as the Oreo Soufflé Pancakes and Pistachio Croffles – which is a hybrid pastry made by pressing buttery croissant dough inside a hot waffle iron, as well as cheesecakes, with flavours including Biscoff, pistachio, crème brûlée and matcha. And yes, the pistachio lattes are also coming to Glasgow!

On top of hot drinks, visitors can indulge in homemade lemonades, iced tea, slushies and matcha lattes. Sounds like the perfect catch-up to us!
On top of the new Fluffy Fluffy cafe, St Enoch is also welcoming Japanese restaurant Okome this December, as well as the bubble tea favourite we all know and love, CUPP, opening its doors on November 6 just in time for the Christmas market.
Craig Stewart, Centre Manager at St. Enoch Centre, said: “Fluffy Fluffy has a huge following, so we’re thrilled to be bringing Scotland’s very first to St. Enoch Centre. Together with Okome and CUPP, it gives visitors even more reasons to stop, eat and make a proper day of it this Christmas.”
“Openings like these show why St Enoch is one of Glasgow’s go-to destinations, and we’re looking forward to a busy festive period.”
