Pumpkin season is here, filled with autumnal activities and all things cosy. And it’s only fair for pumpkin patches to be making a comeback for another year. As a result, M&D’s is inviting guests for their Pumpkin, Pick and Play event for 2026, promising a wholesome family day out with plenty of activities.
Located next to Strathclyde Country Park, M&D’s is the largest theme park in Scotland, just a 20-minute drive from Glasgow.
Pumpkin, Pick and Play at M&D’s is taking place on selected dates between October 10 and 25, boasting a huge pumpkin patch, a pumpkin train and themed arts and crafts workshops for everyone to get creative at. What is more, guests can bedazzle their pumpkin at the decorating station!
And those who aren’t ready for the fun to be over can make the most of the theme park’s thrill and family rides, as well as Amazonia tropical indoor rainforest boasting exotic plants and
animals, Devil’s Island Adventure Golf, Cosmic Bowl, a ten-pin bowling alley, and Krazy
Congo Soft Play. There are also many food outlets to enjoy, from snacks to restaurant
meals, including the award-winning American-themed diner Monterey Jack’s.
Jensen Taylor Connelly, Director, M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park, said, “Enjoying the
highlights of Autumn has become a favourite family tradition and no matter the weather,
there’s plenty to do at our Pumpkin, Pick and Play event with lots of fun activities for the
children to get involved.”
Tickets for the Pumpkin, Pick and Play event are priced from £17.75 for a child and £12.00 for an adult if purchased online, and you can get them on M&D’s website.
