November is here, and Bonfire Night is the first event on the agenda now that Halloween is over. While the fireworks display in Glasgow Green has been cancelled since 2019 due to the pandemic, a new city centre event has not been introduced by Glasgow City Council since. However, there are still plenty of organised displays happening in the Glasgow area and beyond this Bonfire Night, if you’re willing to travel.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service also recommends locals and visitors alike attend organised fireworks displays this November 5, as it is much safer and more impressive than trying to light up a local park near you. So, here are some local fireworks displays near Glasgow for you to attend this Bonfire Night.
