Not long left until the Glasgow Winter Wonderland Christmas markets open their doors for the 2026 festive season – and the first of many line-up acts have been revealed. One of the UK’s leading circus companies is officially performing this year, bringing family fun with a festive twist.
Circus Zyair is the company behind the new show, ‘Very Merry Circus’, taking place at various times between Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, January 3, 2027.
Visitors can expect “world-class artists”, a “traditional family circus”, plenty of festive sparkle with performances, acrobatics, daredevil acts and more surprises.

organising a new line-up of entertainment and attractions for this year, to bring together
affordable family events.”

How to get tickets to the ‘Very Merry Circus’ show in Glasgow
Tickets are £12.50 per person, plus a booking fee. What is more, Glasgow residents can receive a 10% discount by using the online code GXMAS26 and bringing ID when visiting the box office or booking in person. You can book your tickets here.
Glasgow Winter Wonderland Christmas market opening dates
Glasgow Winter Wonderland at St Enoch will open its doors on Friday, November 6, and will stay open until Sunday, December 27. Glasgow Green is set to run from Friday, November 20 until Sunday, January 3.
