A burger for mere pennies, and from Hard Rock Cafe, nonetheless? Well, the globally renowned brand’s Glasgow branch is celebrating its 10th anniversary on Thursday, November 16, having opened in 2013. Therefore, the Hard Rock Cafe burgers have been slashed to just 10p for a limited amount of time to mark the special day.
The Hard Rock brand was launched in London in 1971, and ended up touching almost every corner of the globe with their casinos, hotels, and cafes. To celebrate the 10th birthday of the 139th Hard Rock Cafe in the world, the Buchanan Street restaurant is offering a one-day-only Legendary Burger promotion with buy one and get another for 10p. The burgers normally cost £16.45, so burger lovers can indulge in the slashed prices on seasoned and stacked burgers with all the extras: expect American cheese, pickles, and delicious house-made burger sauce.
Legendary Burgers include a juicy beef patty, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, a golden fried onion ring, lettuce and tomato. The deal is also valid on Moving Mountains Burgers for vegetarians.
Gordy Aitken, General Manager at Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow, said: “I can’t quite believe that we’re celebrating a decade of Hard Rock Cafe on Buchanan Street – it’s been a fast 10 years! The restaurant has had so many great highlights during that time. For me, that was Glasgow being chosen among selected Cafes around the world to celebrate the global launch of the Lionel Messi collaboration with our epic Messi Burger event last year.
“I’d like to say a huge thank you to our valued Glasgow staff and customers, and I’m looking forward to many more Hard Rock memories to come.”
