Swadish offers a wholesome menu at their fine dining restaurant, offering something a wee bit more special. Run by Chef Ajay Kumar, the restaurant has won multiple awards, such as The Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence 2023-2024. Guests are treated to a full culinary experience based on local produce and “home-roasted, hand-ground spices”. What is more, the wholesome menu offers a range of grilled meats, seafood and poultry, as well as a separate vegetarian and vegan menu.
