33p can’t get you much at the moment, but if you’re quick, it might just be enough to secure yourself a trusty Margherita pizza from Pizza Express. They’re celebrating their 60th birthday by throwing back to 1965 prices for one day, and one day only, with prices slashed across the menu to let you join their celebration next week.
If you wish to push the boat out beyond a margherita pizza, you can stretch the pursestrings to 45p for an American, 49p for a La Reine, and 50p for an American Hot. Should you want to upgrade to a Romana base, you can do so for an added £1.95.
When will Pizza Express celebrate its 60th birthday?
The date to circle in your pizza calendars is March 27, 2025, and the offers will only be valid for a one-hour period at 5-6pm, so it’s an early Thursday night dinner calling for lovers of the dough at the end of this month. It takes place at all locations nationwide, so you can head to any of the 300+ Pizza Express restaurants in the UK to take advantage of the deal.
There’s no need to sign up for the cheap pizza… you need only turn up during the right time period and a pizza for mere pennies will be yours. Of course, demand is expected to be greater on this day due to the deal, so booking in advance is recommended.
Pizza Express is also running a ‘1965 Icons’ set menu this month, which runs until March 28. The deal allows you to get one of their classic pizzas and a start for £19.65.
